“Behold the Mongo Wrestling Alliance”

Our main character, Rusty, beats up his college’s administration board and then forces his own graduation.  He pokes a hot girl, then announces he will bring his family back to prominence in the wrestling world.  Rusty visits his grandpa’s wrestling school and gets his ass kicked.  Rusty gets stretched and destroyed by a long round of opponents.  The show now reaches Adult Swim level with open heart punches, and a turkey who claws faces open among other finishers.  Rusty doesn’t want to sign because, “I’ve seen lots of irregularities in professional wrestling.”  Holy shit thats a fantastic line.  Rusty takes on Damian in a steel cage match.  The episode is ridiculously fast paced and there’s a lot of people to keep track of already.  The heel promoter for MWA wears a pendant with Rusty’s grandpa’s eye on it.  Which apparently Grandpa can still see out of said eye.  La Infestation attacks Rusty.  Its hundreds of tiny masked wrestlers that swarm their opponent.  Rusty digs up a body of a dead wrestler to help his quest.

Good Adult Swim show, not a great wrestling show.  But it all depends on what you bring going into the show.  If you like comics, wrestling and the fucked up, Mongo Wrestling Alliance is for you.
