I’m writing this just before midnight. So tonight’s post will be short. I could skip it. But I made a promise to myself to do this daily in 2025. And it’s helping. It is therapy for me. I have noticed positive mental changes in myself since starting this. Sure I’ve said that before. But really and truly there are numerous moments throughout the day where I know I’m doing better. My reactions, my attitude, my demeanor is healthier. So even though that’s about it for tonight’s post, I did it, and this little bit is helping me in long ways.
