Did you know about this?

What the hell?  Seriously this is the craziest thing.  I cant believe its legal.  There must be hundreds if not thousands of people this employs.  Tons of gallons and barrels moving their way through congested California streets.  Maybe all of the smog and pollution that the 1980s told me about were due to this.  I’m not picturing cars getting refueled on the highway much like planes in mid flight.
