I have used this insult many times.  Many many times.  Usually in traffic.  “Hey, what the hell is wrong with you?  Go eat a bag of dicks!”  For example.

It brings me so much joy to know that now I can actually offer them dicks to eat.  No, not mine.  For one, its spoken for.  For two, I don’t have a bag full of them either.  But now I know the next best thing is out there!
