1) Grand Championship Match!
-One challenger down, the next one up – that’s the status of Grand Champion Eddie Kingston. The Champ has drawn the ire of Director of Fun Wink Vavasseur and his punishment is an automatic championship defense at every CHIKARA event! In North Carolina, a familiar foe will meet up with Kingston, Green Ant! In Reading, Green Ant made Kingston tap out, and in Easton demanded a match for the title. Now, the match that was supposed to take place in Florida will take place at “Battle Not With Monsters.” Will The War King take out another challenger to his championship, or will Green Ant capture CHIKARA‘s top prize?

2) A Six-Man Showdown!
-It has been quite some time since we’ve seen all three members of The Spectral Envoy (Frightmare,Hallowicked, and Ultramantis Black) together and healthy. The 2012 King of Trios winners will team up for this first time in Season 12 at “Battle Not With Monsters.” The Envoy will face off against a familiar foe, F.I.S.T. (Icarus, Johnny Gargano, and Chuck Taylor). Will F.I.S.T. be able to band together for victory amid all of their recent disagreements?

3) Young Lions Cup Match!
-Since capturing the prestigious Young Lions Cup, “Mr. Touchdown” Mark Angelosetti has toppled every challenger thrown in his path. Now, Angelosetti has a new challenger to the Cup, and its an opponent that Mr. Touchdown has never faced off against: CWF Mid-Atlantic’s Chiva Kid. Will the breakout star of National Pro Wrestling Day be the one to take down wrestling’s hottest rookie, or will Angelosetti sack another opponent?

4) One on One!
-Back on April 6th, these two ring competitors could not have seen more different outcomes. Archibald Peck won a series deciding match-up against Tim Donst while Jigsaw saw his teammate The Shard get pinned by Mike Quackenbush and Jushin Liger. Now, at “Battle Not With Monsters” Jigsaw will look to prevent one loss from turning into a trend; and Peck will look to continue his impressive win streak!

5) Two on Two!
-In Gibsonville, ants will be on display. Two members of The Colony: Xtreme Force [TM] (Arctic Rescue Ant &Orbit Adventure Ant) will tangle with the current Campeonatos de Parejas, 3.0 (Scott “Jagged” Parker &Shane Matthews). The new ants in town have turned heads in their appearances thus far; and have a chance to put CHIKARA on notice by knocking off the current top dogs of tag team wrestling.

6) First Time Ever!
-At WrestleCon, Amasis was denied his revenge on Ophidian when he was attacked by The Batiri and Kobald. Now, the “Madjai of the Deities” is chomping at the bit to make his in-ring return, and at “Battle Not With Monsters,”  Amasis will tangle with The Shard. Will Amasis score his first win since his return, or will The Shard play spoiler? Ophidian recently posted an ominous blog – will the Master of the Snake Style put his fingerprints on this contest?

7) One on One!
-On May 3rd, the CHIKARA fans of North Carolina will bear witness to the singles debut of Missile Assault Ant of The Colony: Xtreme Force [TM]. The Ant known for “Taking Ground to Air Combat to the Extreme!” will take on our own intergalactic luchadora, Saturyne. How will Missile Assault Ant fare without his Xtreme Force teammates, against an increasingly impressive Saturyne?
