The Smarked for Death Wrestling Review of WWE Superstars 3/16/13.

LayingTruth

Get up Truth, its time for Smarked for Death!

Oh that’s right!  We’re trying to go through all the weekly WWE shows this week and its the first Superstars review in I don’t even know how long.

R-Truth vs. Michael McGillicutty.

McG grew his beard out a bit.  Looks to be in great shape.  Very aggressive.  Its a damn shame knowing that Truth is the more popular of the two because Michael is just flat out the better wrestler.  He’s very good at selling too.  Which is a shame he’s not getting in more offense.

After commercial McGillicutty has the match on his side and he’s got a great methodical style in the ring.  More of a stalking, wear the opponent down way.  He’s just a natural heel.  The unfortunate thing is that this style is also a great way to build up a face.  Truth continuously had to fight back against McGillicutty and it really brought the fans into this match and on Truth’s side.  Good for Truth but that really does nothing for Michael. Truth fights back and hits the Lie Detector for the pin.

Lots of recaps and video packages.

Zack Ryder vs. JTG.

JTG means Jason the Gangster.  Now you know.

Sneak attack hug!

Wow, I had honestly forgotten both men.  And if you only watch Raw or Smackdown, you likely have as well.  Damn shame though.  Both men are really trying and going all out to make a name for themselves.  JTG is given a fair amount of chances but its obviously Ryder’s match.  Zack hits the Rough Ryder for the pin.  Not too shabby.

Tons of Raw recap,
