The long awaited new Superman book by Scott Snyder and Jim Lee has officially been announced.  Despite good title names like Adventures of Superman, Man of Steel, Man of Tomorrow, Superman Family etc DC Comics has gone with the title Superman Unchained.

Right after Django Unchained just won some Academy Awards.

Also, right after nothing called Superman Chained.  Nor has Superman been bound, captured, tied up, or anything else on a regular basis.

Alas, this is our title.

Honestly, Wonder Woman Unchained would make a lot more sense.
