This isn’t about right or left, conservative or liberal. This is about a great promo. One of the best “shoot”, behind the scenes, whatever you want to call it promo in wrestling history. One of the best responses I’ve seen.
Wrestling came out of the closet almost three decades ago. Its a show. In any show there needs to be conflict. It doesn’t mean the people portraying these characters believe any of it. No, it is merely the role they have been assigned to play. Guess what, no one on Modern Family is actually related. No one questions their opinions either, because most people understand any opinions of a character is just part of the show.
Give it up for Zeb, Wayne, Dutch, whatever you want to call him for this multi layered promo that could only be given by a veteran. Simultaneously exposing and protecting the business.
