Well lets just flat out show what we’re taking from Battle Royale and the Hunger Games. Its an interesting book though. Despite the incredibly ripped off cover.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 9 #17
If you haven’t watched Angel and seen the incredible character change and acting work from Amy Acker you’re really missing out. I want to buy this comic just for the potential this meeting may have.
Higher Earth #7
I’ll be honest, I only included this because I love the look of that monster in the background.
The Hallows #2
And this time its for the monstrous images in the foreground.
The Savage Dragon #184
I used to love Savage Dragon. One of the few books I’ve ever read that was always exciting and always unpredictable. Erik Larsen would create brand new villains just to destroy them on the next page. This cover makes me very curious what I have been missing over the years. Might be time to sit down with the collected Dragon.
The Walking Dead #106
Such a different cover than the usual. So white, the images behind the head, Rick looking all bad ass but also broken. Really brave stand out cover.
HELLIONS TEAM
