She is former WWE Diva Tiffany.

Tiffany was in the 2007 Diva search, signed to a Developmental deal, She was the general manager of WWE ECW for a time.  Tiffany was also married to Drew McIntyre, but the two got a divorce in 2011.

Tiffany refereed the Knockouts match on this week’s TNA Impact Wrestling.
