During an interview with Stephen Amell on Attack of the Show live from Comic Con the Arrow star  said there are 7 Easter Eggs in the Arrow pilot.  He revealed the following:

Deathstroke’s mask

Speedy

Dinah (Black Canary)

Merlin

A reference to Green Arrow’s first appearance.

That leaves two more Easter Eggs to find!
