This sounds like Unbreakable – The Reality Show!  The Rock has just signed on to executive produce a new show called “The Hero”.  The Hero will be a new reality show to find the “next great hero”.  Because true heroes are created by reality shows, and not by the dramatic decisions people make in split seconds that decide life or death.

It is possible, but not likely, that this is more like Stan Lee’s Who Wants to Be a Superhero show.  Which would make more sense than manufacturing civil heroes.
