WWE will air the 1000th episode of Monday Night Raw on July 23rd.  It will air live from St Louis, Missouri at the Savvis Center.  The show has been booked as a three hour extravaganza.

So…. is this the longest running wrestling show of all time?  Unsure.  It depends on how you classify WCW Saturday Night.  If all versions of the show are included, and Georgia Championship Wrestling from 1972 is included up to WCW shutting down in 2000 then that would be the longest show.
