The New Avengers are about to face the Dark Avengers.  Get set for superhero fisticuffs true believers.  Or not.

Well, if you’ve ever wanted to see a good guy super team fight a bad guy super team then this is the book not for you.  Squirrel Girl tries to poke Daredevil, and not on his Facebook page.  DD can smell her fem-nuts roasting and now knows fear.  He’s either going to burn at the touch of the Man-Thing or have to rename his book.  What’s that?  Already happened?  Black Panther?  Where the hell was I?

The Avengers are gone, and apparently fought Ultron, stuff went boom, and everyone is questioning their super hero worthiness over off panel events.  Then Norman talks to the Dark Avengers, Gorgon and Madame Hydra talk about Norman, and the Avengers talk about Norman.  All so Victoria Hand can screw over the Avengers, and have the Dark Avengers stop an Atlantean invasion, again, off panel!

So only two things actually happened within the art of this issue.  Squirrel Girl tried to get all musky with Hornhead.  And Victoria Hand appears to be the bad guy that everyone expects her to be.  Everything else happened off the page and was only referred to.  You know what comic I want to read?  The comic that has all of these cool things happening that people are talking about.  Here’s a piece of bread for you to eat while I tell you about the steak I ate for dinner last night.  Oh, you wanted steak too?  Fuck you!

This issue was neither steak nor sizzle.  Its the dirty grill someone has to clean after dinner has been eaten.
