40. RED – Innocence & Instinct (2009)

This album is full of imagery, and that’s one of the things that make it wonderful. The album was largely, inspired by Dante’s Inferno and the album explores the themes of the book. This is one of the most tightly crafted set of great modern rock. When I saw that they did a cover of “Ordinary World” on this album I was apprehensive, but it fits well into the album. If you like modern rock like Daughtry’s rockier stuff, it’s a great compliment.
