Notice the empty cart.

Who knows what groceries this cart once held (probably alcohol) but this upstanding citizen has decided to return the cart by walking the near 2 1/2 miles back to Price Chopper.  That’s a long haul from downtown Rome.  Could have saved a lot of time by doing something crazy.  Like not taking the shopping cart.
