The Mass Transit Incident.

In a nutshell:  ECW was down a man for a tag team match.  Eric Kulas offered to wrestle, and claimed he had been trained by Killer Kowalski.  Eric was over 6 feet and over 300 pounds.  Kulas, wrestling as “Mass Transit” asked New Jack to cut him open during the match.  Mass Transit spilled like BP oil.  Kulas father starts screaming for the match to stop because “he’s only 17!”  Eric Kulas was underage and had no wrestling training.  He lied his way into the match.  He and his parents then attempted to sue ECW and New Jack but their duplicity led to ECW being cleared of all charges.

Eric Kulas died in 2002 at age 23 due to complications following gastric bypass surgery.
