Yes, that is actually all 3 darts (the third is hidden by the other two) in the bullseye.  I threw that.  No, I did not walk up to the dart board and put them all inside.  I was drunk and had been playing darts for an hour or so.  This will never happen to me again as long as I live.  I was accused of cheating and hustling.  Thankfully, no money was on the game or else there may have been trouble for me.
